2. In short

Etiketto needs no account and sets no cookies. The label names you type and the PDF are created entirely in your browser; we never receive them.

3. Hosting and server logs

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and reliable operation. Cloudflare may process data in the USA; it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses also apply. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

4. Storage in your browser (localStorage)

So your list is still there next time, the editor keeps your names, design and settings in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device. Delete it at any time with “Reset everything” in the editor or in your browser settings. The legal basis is § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, as the storage is strictly necessary for the function you request.

5. Fonts

All fonts are served from our own server. No connections are made to Google Fonts or other font providers.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21).
